Shipping Information

• Products are usually shipped the same day as order.
• All products will be shipped from our offices in Austin, Texas USA. 
• The normal cutoff time is 4:30 PM Central Time for shipping.
• Products are shipped by your choice of USPS or UPS.
• All USPS and UPS shipping options are avalaible.

Return Information

• All returns must include ALL of the original packaging material included with the order. If blister packing is opened, products may not be returned.
• No refunds given after 30 days from the date of purchase.
• A 15% restocking fee will be required on all returned products.
